Miley Cyrus being sued by her fan!

Kerry Inman from Pennsville, New Jersey, took out a lawsuit against Miley Cyrus’ official website, MileyWorld.com. She paid $29.95 to buy tickets exclusively for members before they were available to the public. However, she did not get her tickets.

The lawsuit said that Mileyworld was unfair and deceptive in promising tickets to its members.

Miley Cyrus’ representative has released a statement regarding this issue. It said that the MileyWorld website did not guarantee that every member of Mileyworld would be able to buy a ticket. (This part makes sense.)

The spokesman said that Mileyworld intends to defend itself from frivolous claims in the lawsuit.

If you want to buy Hannah Montana Tickets, you may run into some problems with MileyWorld…..

Britney Spears’ plastic surgery, counseling and drug test.

Britney Spears was in Las Vegas during the past weekend. A source claimed that she had a nip and tuck surgery there. Britney had earlier denied that she underwent liposuction in Vegas in April 2007.

Lynne Spears had hired two psychologists in Beverly Hills to help Britney. This was revealed by Britney’s friend. The professionals will workout with Britney on her growing list of issues.

Kevin Federline, Britney’s ex-husband, might request to subpoena a tape that showed Britney driving through a red light while using a cell phone. His lawyer, Mark Kaplan, might use that tape in court.

Britney tried to use an excuse to explain why her drug test came back positive for amphetamine. She claimed it was due to her asthma inhaler. TMZ investigated and replied that the chemicals which Britney named in her inhaler could NOT cause a positive test for amphetamines.

Donda West death may be surgery-related

LOS ANGELES - The mother of Kanye West may have died of complications related to a surgical procedure at a hospital, a coroner’s official said Monday.

Preliminary information indicated she died from “complications of surgery,” Lt. Fred Corral told The Associated Press. An autopsy was expected to be conducted by Wednesday, Corral said.

West had approached a plastic surgeon months ago about a procedure, but he declined to perform it because of a pre-existing medical condition and he never heard back from her, the surgeon’s publicist said Monday.

West died Saturday night at age 58 at Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Center in Marina Del Rey after she stopped breathing at her home, according to Deborah Ettinger, a hospital vice president. She was taken to the hospital by paramedics.

“We tried to resuscitate her, but were unsuccessful,” Ettinger said.

West did not have surgery at the hospital, said Ettinger. It was not immediately clear where she had the surgery, or what the procedure was for. The Kanye West Foundation referred calls to a publicist who did not immediately respond to messages for comment.

Patricia Green, a consultant who has worked as a publicist for West in the past, had previously told news agencies that West died after cosmetic surgery. She backed away from those comments in later interviews with the AP, saying she was not sure of the cause because she had received conflicting information.

West met with Dr. Andre Aboolian of Beverly Hills to inquire about cosmetic surgery in June, said the surgeon’s publicist, Jo-Ann Geffen. Aboolian told West two weeks ago that she needed to get a medical clearance before he would agree to do the surgery, but never heard back from her, Geffen said.

Aboolian was concerned about a condition West had that could have posed a problem after surgery, said Geffen, declining to elaborate because of patient privacy rights.

“He simply said that in order for him to be comfortable, he felt it necessary to have a medical clearance before he’d touch her,” Geffen said.

Geffen said she didn’t know if West had cosmetic surgery elsewhere.

“He feels terrible because he said she was such a sweet lady,” Geffen said.

West was known for the strong bond she shared with her hip-hop star son. She was often seen by his side at parties and award shows. Kanye West often spoke of his close relationship with his mother, who raised him alone after her husband left when Kanye was 3.

The former chairwoman of Chicago State University’s English department, Donda West served as chief executive of West Brands LLC, the parent company of her son’s business enterprises. She also was chairwoman of the Kanye West Foundation, an educational nonprofit that works to decrease dropout rates and improve literacy.

Avril Lavigne not behind Perez Hilton attack blog: manager

TORONTO - Avril Lavigne’s manager says the punky pop star is not behind an attack blog set up in her name.

Terry McBride says Lavigne has nothing to do with the website www.perezlavigne.com, which slams U.S. blogger Perez Hilton and features a video clip of Lavigne apparently welcoming viewers to the page. Lavigne has long been a favourite target of Hilton’s celebrity gossip site, perezhilton.com.

But McBride says he and Lavigne “do not engage in attacking people” and that they are focusing on her upcoming world tour.

As of Friday, the attack blog purported to have support from nearly 6,000 Lavigne fans, including several celebrities.

The big names mentioned on the site include Christian Bale, Naomi Watts, Nicole Kidman and McBride.

Britney Spears Speeds Through Red Light; Court Monitor Recoils in Terror; Sean Preston Dozes in Back Seat

Yesterday evening, Britney Spears blew past a red light - at a notoriously dangerous intersection no less - with Sean Preston Federline fast asleep in the back and the court-appointed monitor ducking for cover in the passenger seat.

Check out the amazing celebrity photo by Splash News of the incident:

Britney Spears endangers the lives of everyone in her Benz, as well as other motorists, as the monitor overseeing her visits with Sean P. and Jayden James ducks for cover.

The walking/driving train wreck approached the light on Coldwater Canyon slowly, then raised her cellphone to her face. It is not clear if Britney was, like, OMFG, sending a txt msg or making a call, and it is not known to whom.

Britney then drove into the intersection as someone outside screamed, “Red light, red light!” Spears turned left onto Mulholland Drive, managing to miss oncoming traffic and not get killed. Magical… downright Criss Angel-esque!

The judge in Britney’s custody case made it clear that he has issues with Spears’ driving. Scott Gordon has already temporarily revoked her visits with Sean and Jayden because she was driving without a valid license.

Yesterday, K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, asked the judge to forbid Britney from driving when Sean Preston and Jayden James with her. Gordon said he’d ponder that suggestion and make his ruling on it by November 26.

Expect Mark Vincent Kaplan to call for an emergency hearing within the hour.

At the time local law enforcement said Silva was lightly injured and sent to the hospital.

Shia LaBeouf gets ARRESTED!

null

Transformers star Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday morning after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago, according to CBS.

Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Laura Kubiak said that security repeatedly told Shia, 21, “several times that he was not welcome in the store and must exit because he appeared to be intoxicated.”

Shia refused to leave the Walgreens at 757 N. Michigan Av. around 2:30 a.m., so a security guard detained him and called police.

After he was arrested, Shia was “very courteous and polite,” and he posted bond before 7 a.m.

Shia was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court in Branch 29 on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m.

Christina Aguilera Confirms She’s Pregnant

Christina Aguilera has now formally confirmed the already widely-reported observation that she is expecting a baby.

Or, as the Grammy winner tells it, she will “enter into mommyhood” next year.

In an interview with Glamour magazine, the 26-year-old singer-songwriter, who has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide, says that she intends to be a working mom who’ll “balance” caring for her child and tending to her career, reports the BBC.

“I want to get it right,” she is quoted as saying.

Describing the reaction of the father-to-be – Aguilera’s husband, music executive Jordan Bratman, 30 – she says, “He’s thrilled! He’s just great.”

Aguilera also says she finds Bratman (who, like her, hails from New York) “so supportive and amazing through everything. He came with me on the last leg of the tour and he was my support system. … I gush. I’m a lucky girl.”

Oprah Cuts Hilary Swank’s Hair

Hilary Swank must really trust Oprah Winfrey.

The Oscar-winning actress let the talk-show host chop off a little more than 9in of her hair during The Oprah Winfrey Show screened today.

The TV shearing was done in the name of charity: Swank, 33, donated her locks to Pantene Beautiful Lengths, which works with the American Cancer Society to provide wigs at no charge to women suffering from hair loss caused by their cancer treatments.

“Well, it’s taken months to get to this moment,” Winfrey said before getting down to business. “It involves a two-time Academy Award winner, a sharp object and me.”

Swank, who won Oscars for her roles in Boys Don’t Cry and Million Dollar Baby, says she “wanted to find a way to give back”.

“I’ve been growing it for the last six months to donate my hair,” she said. “I’ve been taking a lot of vitamins and taking really good care of it knowing that it would go to a woman in need.”
