The judge has slammed his gavel and ruled that Britney Spears has not regained custody of her kids. TMZ reports that Britney must submit evidence that she childproofed her pool area by Friday.

Britney did, however get THREE monitored visits per week, two from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM and one overnight visit. (Pardon my mistake guys!)

Spears and K-Fed are ordered to figure out holiday schedules with the kids.

The Commish wrote that when Britney has the kids, “the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all.” The Commish also recounts what the parenting coach complained of — that “during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play.”

The parenting coach also spoke of Spears, saying that she seemed to have “a lack of general attention at times” but there was nothing she would characterize as “abusive in a traditional sense. The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful.”

Michael Lohan wants to patch things up with his family.

“Reconciliation and redemption — across the board,” says Lohan, a born-again Christian. “Just all of us getting right with God.”

Lohan’s 21-year-old daughter Lindsay, star of “Mean Girls,” “Freaky Friday” and other films, has said that her father’s behavior and her parents’ divorce have caused her to act out.

Michael and estranged wife Dina Lohan settled their long-simmering divorce in August, months after he left a New York state prison where he served almost two years for drunken driving and other charges.

He reunited with Lindsay in September after a 3½-year estrangement. She had entered a drug and alcohol treatment center the previous month after reaching a plea deal on misdemeanor drunken driving and cocaine charges.

Lohan’s visit to the Cirque Lodge in Utah was her third trip to rehab since January, a frenetic year in which she wrecked a Mercedes-Benz, released the box-office flop “I Know Who Killed Me” and was arrested more than once. She left the center earlier this month.

Does Lohan blame himself for Lindsay’s troubles?

“Absolutely. How can I not? I mean, we lead by example,” Lohan said in an interview Wednesday with AP Television News.

He entered a Christian-based drug and rehabilitation center in West Babylon, N.Y., after he was released from prison in March. Lohan had repeatedly said Lindsay needed the same kind of treatment.

“I made a commitment when I was in there to God and to myself that, when I got out, I was going to do God’s work, and I was going to share with other people what I’ve been through and how God changed my life,” Lohan said.

He is now a spokesman for GodMen, which holds events designed to help Christian men renew their faith.

Lohan said he doesn’t care if people question the sincerity of his religious convictions.

Britney Spears got to spend some time with her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, yesterday afternoon (October 20).

Spears was spotted driving with her children in Studio City, taking them out in her Mercedes convertible. Also in the car was the presumed court-appointed monitor, seated in the front with Britney.

The first ever UK Nickleodeon Kids’ Choice Awards was held in London today, the 20th. Avril Lavigne won Best Female Singer and MTV Hits Best Music Video for the Girlfriend music video.

Avril has also won the Song of the Year for ‘Girlfriend’ at the MTV Latin American Music Awards on October 18th.

She also performed Girlfrend and When You’re Gone.

As Britney was leaving a medical office in Beverly Hills, she was driving out the parking lot and was bombarded with paparazzi, once again. As captured on tape, Britney was seen running over a paparazzi’s foot and it was later reported that he broke his foot.

As Britney realized what had happened, she broke down in tears and quickly drove off.

It seems like parents are going to the extreme for Hannah Montana tickets.

Some U.S. parents, desperate after Disney star Hannah Montana’s concert tour sold out in minutes, are going to extremes with some paying $3,000 a ticket and fathers donning high heels in a race to get in for free.

The demand to see Hannah Montana, the TV alter ego of 14-year-old singer Miley Cyrus, has made the show the hottest ticket of the year, with seats reselling at an average of $240 — topping the Police, Bruce Springsteen or Van Halen.

“We got a couple of hundred phone calls from people asking questions about where to get high heeled shoes big enough for husbands and about 150 men turned up in high heels,” Mark Edwards said.

“We knew the show would be big but not this big. There’s been an outcry as it’s been impossible for regular people to get tickets with scalpers using software to get them first,” Edwards added.

There have been reports of scalpers seeking between $2,500 and $3,000 apiece for tickets that, in some cases, have a face value between $26 and $66.

A U.S. judge barred an automated software that makes it easy to buy tickets quickly after they go on sale and the uproar over the fast sale of the tickets has led to investigations in at least three states: Missouri, Arkansas and Pennsylvania.

Ryan Gosling officially announced on the November issue of GQ magazine that his relationship with Rachel McAdams was indeed, over.

“I mean, God bless The Notebook,” Gosling says. “It introduced me to one of the great loves of my life. But people do Rachel and me a disservice by assuming we were anything like the people in that movie. Rachel and my love story is a hell of a lot more romantic than that.”

They broke up, is the thing. It’s been a few months. Gosling says it wasn’t the attention that did it, but other than that he doesn’t really know what to say. “The only thing I remember is we both went down swingin’ and we called it a draw,” he says.

The Notebook people have taken it harder. “Women are mad at me,” Gosling says with a rueful smile. “A girl came up to me on the street and she almost smacked me. Like, ‘How could you? How could you let a girl like that go?’ I feel like I want to give people hugs, they seem so sad. Rachel and I should be the ones getting hugs! Instead, we’re consoling everybody else.”

Britney Spears and sister Jamie Lynn were taking a lunch break at The Shu Restaurant and were swarmed by paparazzi. One pap exclaimed that it was “like a football game” just for the pair to reach the entrance of the sushi joint. Gotta hand it to Britney, she’s pretty fearless dealing with a lot like this. While she approaches the restaurant, an estranged woman starts screaming for Britney to “get the f*ck out of our neighborhood” and actually starts pushing Brit’s little sis, Jamie Lynn! The paps come to the rescue and keep her back, telling her to “don’t touch her” and to “shut up”, as she continues yelling off camera.

T.I was arrested in the Walgreen’s parking lot on Saturday just hours before his BET Hip Hop Awards performance.

The 27-year-old rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, was arrested in the parking lot of a shopping center not far from the award show’s Atlanta venue, collared by agents from the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives after picking up three machine guns, two silencers and a pistol from an undercover ATF officer, which, per the feds, his bodyguard had purchased on his behalf.

T.I. was previously convicted on drug violations back in 1998 and given seven years’ probation, and he later was busted on gun-related charges. It’s a federal offense for a convicted felon to have someone purchase firearms on their behalf.

“The last place machine guns should be is in the hands of a convicted felon, who cannot legally possess any kind of firearm,” David E. Nahmias, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, said. “This convicted felon allegedly was trying to add several machine guns to an already large and entirely illegal arsenal of guns.

Britney Spears has won modified visitation rules that allow her two boys to spend one night a week with her after taking her case to a US court.

Spears’ lawyer requested her mother become the required court-appointed monitor.

Spears made a surprise appearance in the Los Angeles courtroom on the 11th after Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon held a morning hearing on her emergency request to expand visitation but declined to rule.

He gave attorneys for Spears and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, who was recently granted custody, more time to discuss the matter outside court.

Spears was previously allowed monitored visits with the children but no overnight stays.

During the earlier open hearing, Spears’ attorney, Anne Kiley, argued that overnight visits were critical for Spears to bond with her sons.

“I do think it is an emergency for them not to have overnights with their mother, which they’ve always had,” she told Gordon.

“What possible concern can he (Federline) have if there are monitors present?” she asked.

Federline, who was not at the hearings, agreed to the modification, his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said outside court.

“He agreed – didn’t have to – but he agreed that he would allow that additional time … provided that there were additional assurances in place that made him feel the kids were protected,” Kaplan said.

Federline’s attorney, Kaplan, said it was frustrating that Spears’ lawyers would try to change the October 1 custody order so soon after it was issued.

“If she could remedy all of those problems … in one week, that would be a miracle,” he said.

When Spears arrived at the courthouse dressed in blue jeans, a long black sweater and wearing aviator sunglasses, she said “I’m doing good.”
